Athletes should leave with their photos.
Not your business card.

The gap between the shutter and the gallery is where event photography loses to a friend's iPhone.

You shot a Hyrox event today. Two thousand frames across six hours. The athletes pulled their phones out of the locker the second they crossed the line — and the first photo of their finish on Instagram won't be yours. It'll be a friend's blurry vertical. By the time your gallery is live next Wednesday, the post that mattered already happened.

The fix isn't faster editing. It's collapsing the gap entirely — to seconds, while you're still shooting.

Your camera FTPs straight into SnapFlow. Photos land in the gallery while you're still shooting. Athletes scan a QR at the venue and see themselves — already face-tagged, bib-number recognised, sorted into their team — before they've taken their shoes off.

What that gets you on the day, not next week

📡

Live gallery + venue display

Photos appear in a branded gallery within seconds of leaving the camera. A standalone full-screen view rotates the latest shots on a venue monitor with your logo and a QR — athletes queue up to scan it and find themselves.

✏️

A real editor workflow at the venue

Cull, rate, hero-pick, watermark from a phone or iPad between heats. Auto-cull on blur and exposure so you're not babysitting 2,000 frames. Auto-rotate, EXIF preserved, GPS stripped on public images by default. Three output sizes — original, web, thumb — generated on ingest, not at delivery time.

🏷️

Athlete tagging that's actually accurate

Face recognition clusters every photo of every athlete across the album. Bib-number, helmet, and team-livery detection runs over the same frames so a search for "#54 in Pioneers crimson" pulls every shot. Athletes find their photos via QR + face match in two taps; you finish the gallery with metadata that's actually findable a year later.

🎨

Branded delivery + proofing as a default

Your studio name, your brand colour, your domain on every gallery. Magic-link client portal for proofing — they pick favourites, you export the selection as a ZIP or CSV. No SmugMug, no Pic-Time, no separate proofing site to maintain.

We're not adding a tool to your stack.

We're closing the gap between the camera and the athlete.
