The shoot was never the hard part. The evening is: importing, culling, tagging and uploading a match that finished hours ago.
You shot 900 frames at a youth fixture. The card comes home, the import runs after dinner, and the tagging is the bit that takes until midnight. By the time the gallery goes out on Thursday the parents have already shared someone else's phone snap.
SnapFlow removes the evening rather than speeding it up. The upload happens during the match and the sorting happens with it, so the gallery is live before the crowd has left.
Your camera uploads over FTP while you are still on the touchline. Recognition reads each frame as it lands, using the face where it is visible and the shirt number where it is not, and groups the album by athlete. You send one link per player.

It reads the number when the face is gone
Half your best frames show a back, a helmet or a face turned away. Recognition falls back to the shirt number, and to the car number in motorsport, so those frames still reach the right athlete instead of being dropped.
One link per athlete, not one folder per squad
Each athlete's photos become their own gallery. A parent opens a link containing only their child instead of scrolling 900 frames and giving up, which is most of the difference between a gallery people browse and one they buy from.
A QR code on the clubhouse door
Print it once. Guests scan, the gallery opens on the phone with no app and no login, and it keeps filling while you are still shooting. Password it, expire it, or leave it open.
